1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order. Farm Fresh is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
