At Farm Fresh, we take great care in growing and delivering healthy, high-quality organic plants to our customers. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order or have questions about plant care, delivery, or product details, our support team is always here to help.

If you receive a plant that appears damaged during delivery or if you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Our team will review the issue and do our best to assist you with a suitable solution.
